ALL VOTING MEMBERS

• Pre – registered to our Online Registration Portal for 36th General Assembly

• Registered on the actual 36th General Assembly (Onsite and Online)

• Be present wearing our 36th GA Shirt (Onsite and Online) except on our OFW Members and member living in province.

• The conduct of Electronic Raffle shall be done at BCC Main Office, 170 General Julian Cruz St. Barangka Marikina City in the presence of BCC President, Board Chairperson or his/her authorized representative and Audit Committee representative to validate winning raffle names. The dart raffle will be via “Wheel of Names” to be conducted on the day of the General Assembly. 

•  A member must be pre-registered on GA Online Registration.

•  Raffle Entry will be based on Actual Attendee of General Assembly (March 26, 2023)

• All winning members must be present upon call during the General Assembly. 

• For Face to Face – all winning members must be in the premises of our different Official GA Venue (BCC Convention – Main Office, BCC Marilag Satellite Office, BCC Pagrai Satellite Office, BCC Cainta Satellite, BCC Calaca Satellite Office) 
  
  
• For Online – all winning members must virtually log in to Zoom Platform with open camera. 

• All winners are subject for clearance from the Credit and Collection Department.

•  All winning members with Application/On process of Withdrawal of Membership of Account shall be re-raffled to other members. 

•  Winners will be informed thru SMS or Phone Call for the claiming of the prize in coordination with BM’s and Membership Services Department. 

• All prizes shall be claim to the assigned Raffle Committee. 

• Prizes are NOT CONVERTIBLE TO CASH and NON-TRANSFERRABLE. (Except Insurances, if the winning member have already existing insurance he/she may transfer the insurance to his/her immediate family member)
